  • Consultant Quantity Surveyor of many projects conducted by University Consultancy Board: including Construction of vehicular and pedestrian access roads at the Wayamba University, Sri Lanka (2009 - 2013), Construction of Rumaswalla Nature Field Centre for the Central Environmental Authority of Sri Lanka and Coastal Landscape programme of the Central Environment Authority, Sri Lanka (2007).
  • Member of Consultants’ team appointed for assessment of current trends in commercial property market in Sri Lanka (2006), preparation of estimates for Proposed Renovation and Refurbishment of National and Navodya Schools Project in Sri Lanka (2005), Assessment of Tsunami Damages to Health Facilities in Sri Lanka (2005).
  • Co-ordinator of Instructional Design and Development of Distance Education Programme for Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Sri Lanka.
  • Research Consultant in the market survey and feasibility study for identification of suitable development for Park Street, Colombo and analysis of consumer traffic and behaviour patterns at an up market shopping complex in Sri Lanka.
  • Member of European and Asian Infrastructure Advantage (EURASIA) international research project aimed at developing a joint curriculum for Built Environment education and development of human resource capacities through international collaboration among five European and Asian Built Environment educational institutions (2005-2008).
